The maker
Welch's was founded in 1869 by Thomas Bramwell Welch in Vineland, New Jersey, initially producing non-alcoholic grape juice for church services. Over more than 150 years, this family-farmer-owned cooperative has grown into a household name famous for fruit juices, jellies, and fruit snacks.
