Ventessa is a contemporary project by Mezzacorona, a historic estate founded in 1904 as a cooperative of families in Northern Italy. Driven by modern lifestyle preferences, the winemakers developed this estate-grown Pinot Grigio to satisfy the growing demand for lower-ABV, lower-calorie artisanal wines.
Crafted in the foothills of the Italian Alps, this wine leverages Trentino's high-altitude diurnal temperature swings to develop intense aromatics. The grapes are harvested early to maintain naturally lower sugar levels, resulting in a lighter-style wine without sacrificing flavor complexity.
