NOCA was founded by college friends Galen Hand, Richard Royer, and Alex Sgoutas who were frustrated by the heavy, sugary options dominating the canned beverage market. Operating out of Boston, Massachusetts, they set out to formulate a line of non-carbonated and lightly carbonated spiked waters and lemonades that deliver real flavor without the bloat.
