Night Shift Brewing was founded in 2012 by three friends—Rob Burns, Mike O'Mara, and Michael Oxton—who began homebrewing in a kitchen after their day jobs. Driven by a passion for culinary-inspired beers, they turned their nocturnal hobby into a highly celebrated New England craft brewery.
Brewed in Everett, Massachusetts, this pale ale is named after the whirlpool process in the brewhouse, where hops are added late in the boil. This specific brewing technique extracts maximum essential oils and juicy hop aromas without adding harsh bitterness.
