A legendary Belgian lambic bursting with fresh raspberry tartness
This classic Belgian lambic is made by blending real raspberry juice with young lambic beer, resulting in a vibrant red pour. It features a brilliant balance of natural fruit sweetness and the characteristic tart acidity of spontaneous fermentation.

Founded in 1822 by the Lindemans family on a farm in Vlezenbeek, Belgium, the brewery began as a winter pastime that evolved into a legendary world-class lambic house. Today, the family-run brewery is internationally celebrated for introducing lambic styles to global palates.
Brewed in the Senne Valley near Brussels, where wild airborne yeasts spontaneously ferment the open-air lambic. Brouwerij Lindemans has perfected this regional specialty using traditional coolships and oak barrel aging.
