Elegant Belgian wild ale bursting with rich blackcurrant tartness
A complex, crimson-hued Belgian lambic enriched with pure blackcurrant juice, offering an exceptional balance of sweet fruit and natural wild tartness. Sparkling and refreshing, it delivers a deeply satisfying, vinous profile that is both elegant and lively on the palate.

Founded in 1822 by the Lindemans family in Vlezenbeek, Belgium, this historic brewery began as a winter farming activity that quickly evolved into a dedicated lambic-brewing house. Spanning generations, the family-run estate has remained global pioneers in traditional spontaneous fermentation.
Deep in the Senne Valley, Brouwerij Lindemans crafts this exceptional lambic through spontaneous fermentation with wild, airborne yeasts native to the region. After spontaneous wood-aging, the young lambic is infused with freshly harvested blackcurrant juice to create a deeply aromatic, complex brew.
