The story behind it
Founded in 1895 by Julius Caesar Newman, the J.C. Newman Cigar Company is the oldest family-owned premium cigar maker in the United States. Four generations later, the family continues to craft legendary cigars from their historic El Reloj factory in Tampa, Florida, as well as their facilities in Nicaragua.
These value-driven cigars utilize Ecuador Connecticut wrapper leaves that have minor color blemishes, which prevents them from being used in premium lines. They are carefully machine-bunched and hand-rolled in Nicaragua to offer high-quality construction at an accessible price point.
