Founded in 2016 by Peter Oates and Ricardo Petroni, both MIT-trained environmental engineers, Equilibrium Brewery blends rigorous science with passion. Their mission is to brew beers that are physically balanced, highly drinkable, and structurally complex.
Equilibrium Brewery was born out of a desire to apply scientific principles of water chemistry and biology to the craft of brewing. Located in Middletown, New York, their state-of-the-art brewhouse focuses on creating highly aromatic, soft, and balanced hazy India Pale Ales.
