This New England style IPA is crafted at Collective Arts Brewing, where modern brewing techniques and heavy hopping schedules create deep haze and fruitiness. The brewery uses a combination of Mosaic and Simcoe hops added late in the process to maximize aroma and minimize harsh bitterness.
