Founded by Walter and Eleanor Carlson in 1936, Carlson Orchards is a multi-generational family farm dedicated to high-quality fruit. Today, the family continues to produce celebrated fresh juices and authentic hard ciders on their historic 120-acre orchard.
Carlson Orchards has been growing premium fruit in Harvard, Massachusetts since 1936. They transitioned a portion of their legendary apple harvest into hard cider production, utilising a state-of-the-art brewhouse to keep local agricultural traditions alive.
