The story behind it
Barefoot Cellars was founded in 1965 by California winemaker Davis Bynum, who famously started the winery in his garage. The brand was spectacularly revitalized in 1986 by Michael Houlihan and Bonnie Harvey, who introduced the iconic footprint label and a philosophy of making delicious, accessible wines for everyone.
This delightful fruit-infused wine is crafted by blending traditional California Moscato with natural apple flavors at the Barefoot winery & vineyard. By using cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the winemakers preserve the vibrant, fresh fruit character and clean, refreshing finish.
