The story behind it
14th Star Brewing Company was founded in 2012 by Steve Gagner, a veteran of the U.S. Army, while he was deployed in Afghanistan. He drafted the business plan in his combat notebook with the vision of brewing world-class craft beer that could also serve as a vehicle to support first responders and veterans.
Brewed by 14th Star Brewing Company in St. Albans, Vermont, this double IPA was originally crafted to honor the military veterans who have served their country. A portion of the proceeds from this brew goes directly to supporting local veteran organizations and community charities.
