Yellow Tail was launched in 2001 by Casella Family Brands, a family-run winery established in 1969 by Italian immigrants Filippo and Maria Casella. Their goal was to create approachable, high-quality wine that anyone could enjoy without pretension.
Crafted by the Casella family in Yenda, New South Wales, this wine represents the vibrant and sun-drenched vineyards of South Eastern Australia. The grapes are harvested at peak ripeness during the cool night hours to maintain maximum fresh fruit character.
