The story behind it
Brauerei Veltins was founded in 1824 as a small tavern brewery by Franz Kramer in Grevenstein, Germany. Under the guidance of Clemens Veltins starting in 1852, the brewery expanded into one of Germany's most modern and prestigious family-run brewing institutions, maintaining its strict commitment to quality across generations.
Brewed in accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516, this pilsner utilizes exceptionally soft spring water sourced directly from the mountain springs of the Sauerland region. The brewery employs proprietary yeast strains and selected Hallertau hops to ensure its signature crisp, clean profile.
