Founded in 2012 by Brad Hittle, Phil Markowski, Clement Pellani, and Peter Doering, Two Roads was built on the philosophy of taking 'the road less traveled'. Head Brewer Phil Markowski, a highly respected figure in the craft beer industry, oversees their diverse lineup of unique and classic styles.
Two Roads Brewing Company operates out of a beautifully restored 100-year-old brick manufacturing building in Stratford, Connecticut. Their state-of-the-art brewhouse combines historic New England character with modern brewing innovation.
