True Grit is crafted by Parducci Wine Cellars, Mendocino County's oldest running winery, founded in 1932. Under the leadership of the Thornhill family, Parducci continues to focus on sustainable winegrowing and highlighting the rugged, authentic character of Northern California's finest vineyards.
The grapes are sourced from selected hillside vineyards across Mendocino County, where dramatic diurnal temperature shifts help develop intense flavors and structural complexity. The wine is aged in a combination of French and American oak barrels to round out the robust tannins.
