Founded in 2011 by Adam Watson and Justin Taylor in Beacon, New York, Sloop Brewing Co. began as a small, passion-fueled operation selling beer at local farmers markets. Named after the historic sloop boats that once sailed the Hudson River, the brewery has grown into a state-of-the-art facility in East Fishkill, celebrated for its legendary 'Bomb' series of hazy IPAs.
