Handcrafted at the foot of the historic Hill of Tara, this Irish dry gin is vapor-distilled in a custom-built copper pot still. It delivers a bright, contemporary botanical profile that beautifully balances classic juniper with lush hand-foraged Irish apple blossom, honey, and elderflower.
