Ritual Zero Proof was founded in Chicago in 2019 by three longtime friends who wanted a non-alcoholic option that didn't sacrifice the ritual of making a great cocktail. After experimenting with hundreds of recipes, they launched a line of spirits that are clean, calorie-free, and designed to replace traditional liquor 1:1 in classic drink recipes.
