Penelope Four Grain is a remarkably smooth and approachable straight bourbon whiskey crafted from a unique blend of corn, rye, wheat, and malted barley. Penelope Bourbon was founded in 2018 by Mike Paladini and Kerry Ballek, who named the brand after their newborn daughter, Penelope. Their goal was to create an exceptionally smooth, high-quality bourbon that could easily be enjoyed by casual enthusiasts and spirits connoisseurs alike.
This bourbon is masterfully blended from three distinct mash bills and aged in new charred American oak barrels at the Castle & Key Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky. It represents a balanced approach to the classic four-grain style, utilizing each grain to build a highly accessible flavor profile.
