A historic, bone-dry sake that pairs with any meal
A classic, dry sake from one of Japan's most historic producers that is refreshingly light and smooth on the palate. Boasting a clean, crisp finish with delicate notes of fresh rice and stone fruit, it is exceptionally versatile and can be served chilled, at room temperature, or warm.

Ozeki was founded in 1711 in Imazu, Nishinomiya, Hyogo prefecture, making it one of the oldest sake producers in Japan. The brewery has pioneered both traditional brewing craftsmanship and modern innovations, becoming a household name globally while maintaining its commitment to quality.
Brewed in Nada, Kobe, a historic region renowned for its superior water quality, known as Miyamizu, and high-grade sake rice. The Ozeki brewery utilizes traditional techniques perfected over centuries to craft a dry, versatile flavor profile.
