Omission Brewing was founded with the mission to brew great-tasting craft beers using traditional ingredients, but making them accessible to those looking to cut back on gluten. By utilizing a special enzyme process, the brewmasters successfully remove gluten from the final product without sacrificing real malt and hop flavors.
Omission Brewing was launched out of Portland, Oregon, inside the historic Widmer Brothers brewery. It was pioneering in its use of a proprietary process to brew traditional craft beers with barley and then remove gluten.
