Night Shift Brewing was founded in 2012 by three friends—Rob, Mike, and Michael—in Everett, Massachusetts. What began as a nocturnal homebrewing passion project quickly grew into one of New England's most celebrated craft breweries.
How it is made
Brewed at the Night Shift brewery & brewhouse, this beer uses a signature whirlpool hopping process. This technique extracts maximum juicy hop oils with minimal bitter alpha acids for an incredibly smooth finish.
