Founded in Boulder, Colorado in 2009 by Pedro Gonzalez, New Planet Beer was born out of Gonzalez's personal struggle with Celiac Disease. Seeking a great craft beer he could still enjoy, he built a dedicated gluten-free brewery that refuses to compromise on flavor, body, or aroma.
New Planet is a pioneer in the gluten-free craft beer movement, dedicating their entire brewhouse operation to certified gluten-free practices. Brewed in Colorado, this pale ale utilizes alternative fermentables to mimic the classic structure of traditional pale ales.
