The story behind it
Founded in 1936 by Gabriel Farnet, Château Minuty has been a pioneer in the Provence rosé revolution for three generations. The family-run estate was designated as one of the original Cru Classé properties of Côtes de Provence in 1955.
Château Minuty is located on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, where the vines benefit from a maritime climate and soils rich in mica and schist. The estate is celebrated for preserving traditional Provencal grape varieties and hand-harvesting every bunch of grapes.
