Founded in London, Ontario, in 1847 by John Kinder Labatt, the Labatt Brewing Company grew to become Canada's leading brewer. For over 170 years, the brewery has maintained a dedication to quality and craftsmanship, surviving prohibition and expanding internationally.
First brewed in 1951 as Labatt Pilsner, this iconic lager was quickly nicknamed 'Blue' by consumers for its distinct blue label and its support of Winnipeg's football team. It is crafted in Canada using noble Hallertau hops and select two-row malted barley.
