Hendrick's Gin was launched in 1999 by William Grant & Sons, a family-owned distiller famed for its Scotch whiskies. Master Distiller Lesley Gracie formulated the recipe in Girvan, Scotland, seeking to capture the essence of a British garden with her revolutionary cucumber and rose infusions.
How it is made
Hendrick's is distilled at the Girvan Distillery in Ayrshire, Scotland, using a rare combination of a Bennet copper pot still and a Carter-Head still. This dual-still method creates a gin of remarkable smoothness, balance, and complexity.
