Hendrick's is an iconoclastic Scottish gin, famously distilled with a unique infusion of Bulgarian Rosa Damascena and specially selected cucumbers. This unconventional recipe yields an incredibly smooth, delightfully floral, and refreshingly crisp spirit that redefined the modern gin category.
Combine all ingredients in a highball or Copa glass filled with cubed ice. Stir gently and garnish with three cucumber wheels.

Hendrick's was launched in 1999 by William Grant & Sons, a historic family-owned distiller founded in 1887. Master Distiller Lesley Gracie conceived the formula in Scotland, seeking to create a gin that captured the essence of a British garden. Her signature addition of cucumber and rose petal essences set a new benchmark for premium craft gin.
Handcrafted at the Hendrick's Gin Palace in Girvan, this gin is created by marrying two distinct spirits from incredibly rare stills: a Carter-Head and a Bennett still. This rare distillation combination, overseen by Master Distiller Lesley Gracie, yields a wonderfully balanced and intricate spirit.
