The story behind it

The maker

Gruet Winery was founded in 1984 by Laurent and Nathalie Gruet, who relocated from Champagne, France, to New Mexico to pursue their dream of producing American sparkling wine. They successfully established a historic house that brought European sparkling traditions to the American Southwest.

How it is made

Crafted by Gruet Winery using the traditional Méthode Champenoise. The high altitude and cool nights of New Mexico's vineyards provide the ideal climate for maintaining the crisp acidity necessary for top-tier sparkling wines.
