The maker
Fever-Tree was founded in London in 2005 by Charles Rolls and Tim Warrillow after they noticed a lack of high-quality mixers for premium spirits. They traveled to some of the most remote parts of the world to source the highest quality ingredients, including ginger from Ivory Coast, India, and Nigeria.
