The maker
Fever-Tree was founded in 2005 by Charles Rolls and Tim Warrillow after they noticed that high-end spirits were being paired with low-quality mixers. They set out to source the finest natural ingredients from around the world, starting with the highest-quality quinine from the Democratic Republic of Congo.
