Dingle Distillery was founded in 2012 by Oliver Hughes, Helen Mulgrew, and Liam LaHart in the scenic town of Dingle, Ireland. As pioneers of the Irish craft distilling renaissance, they set out to create independent, high-quality spirits that reflect the unique character of Ireland's rugged southwest coast.
How it is made
Dingle Vodka is distilled five times in a custom-designed copper pot still named Oisin at the Dingle Distillery. This artisanal process utilizes pure well water from beneath the distillery to achieve unparalleled purity.
