Cutwater Spirits was founded in 2016 by Yuseff Cherney, former head brewer of Ballast Point, who transitioned his passion for brewing into world-class distilling. What started as a side passion project quickly grew into one of the country's most awarded craft distilleries, pioneering the premium canned cocktail category.
