The story behind it

The maker

The Copeland Distillery was established in 2016 by Gareth Irvine in Northern Ireland. Driven by a passion to revive the region's rich coastal heritage, the distillery crafts premium spirits using locally sourced botanicals and innovative cask-aging techniques.

How it is made

Handcrafted at the Copeland Distillery & production estate in coastal Donaghadee, Northern Ireland. This gin is inspired by the maritime history of Captain John Paul Jones and his legendary battle off the Copelands in 1778.
