Founded in 1982 by Fred and Nancy Cline in Oakley, California, Cline Cellars was built on a passion for historic Rhône varieties and Zinfandel. The family-owned winery & vineyard relocated to Sonoma Valley in 1989, continuing their commitment to sustainable farming and preserving California’s oldest vine heritages.
Sourced from historic, self-rooted vineyards in Oakley, California, where some of the ancient vines date back over one hundred years. The sandy soils of Contra Costa County force these deep roots to search for water, producing grapes with intense flavor concentration.
