The story behind it

The maker

Founded in 1992 by the Dorda family, Chopin revolutionized the spirits world by introducing the concept of luxury, single-ingredient craft vodkas. The family-owned distillery continues to source its potatoes and rye from local farms within 25 miles of their production estate in Krzesk.

How it is made

Chopin Potato Vodka is distilled in the historic Podlasie region of Poland, utilizing traditional copper column stills. Each single-ingredient batch requires seven pounds of hand-selected potatoes, creating a distinctively viscous character.
