This exceptional barrel-aged gin is crafted by finishing Barr Hill's signature honey-infused spirit in new charred American oak casks. The result is a remarkably robust and complex gin that successfully bridges the gap between botanical spirit and fine whiskey.
Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube and garnish with an orange peel.
