Astral Tequila was developed in partnership with sommelier Richard Betts, with the goal of creating an authentic spirit that honors traditional Mexican production methods. The brand is deeply committed to sustainability, utilizing agave waste to create bricks used for local housing development.
Astral Tequila is produced at the Casa Obeso distillery in Jalisco using traditional brick ovens to slowly cook the agave. The agave fibers are crushed utilizing a tahona wheel to extract the maximum flavor profile and character.
