The story behind it
Founded in 2001 by the Casella family in Yenda, New South Wales, Yellow Tail was created with a simple philosophy: to make great wine that everyone can enjoy. Today, sixth-generation winemakers run the family-owned winery, which has become one of the most recognizable and beloved wine brands globally.
Crafted in the sun-drenched vineyards of South Eastern Australia, Yellow Tail Moscato is made from premium grapes harvested in the cool of the night. The winemakers utilize cold fermentation to retain the intense, fresh fruit aromatics and natural sweetness of the grapes.
