The story behind it
The Antinori family has been committed to the art of winemaking for over twenty-six generations, since Giovanni di Piero Antinori joined the Florentine Guild of Winemakers in 1385. Throughout its long history, spanning more than six hundred years, the family has always personally managed the business, making innovative choices while keeping respect for tradition and terroir unaltered.
Produced by one of Italy's most historic wine families at their state-of-the-art winery & vineyard sites across Tuscany. First introduced in 1928 by Marchese Niccol%f2 Niccol%f2 Antinori, this landmark wine was designed to represent the true character of the Tuscan terroir.
