Founded in 2005 by Paul Kozub, V One was created to honor his Polish heritage and his father's memory. Kozub set out to craft an ultra-premium vodka using spelt, one of the oldest and healthiest heirloom grains in the world.
V One is handcrafted at a historic distillery estate in Poland utilizing traditional copper column stills. The spirit is distilled five times and tempered with pristine, pure mountain spring water.
