The story behind it
Founded in Hershey, Pennsylvania, in 1996 by brothers John and Chris Trogner, Tröegs is a family-run craft brewery known for its hand-crafted beers and artistic labels. The brothers combined their passions to create a state-of-the-art brewery that remains an independent, community-focused powerhouse.
Tröegs Independent Brewing was built on a passion for exploration and the freedom to brew outside conventional styles. Their seasonal Hop Cycle series, of which Blizzard of Hops is the winter release, highlights the natural evolution of hops throughout the year.
