DAOU was founded by brothers Georges and Daniel Daou in 2007 with a vision to produce world-class Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux-style blends in Paso Robles. Driven by passion and a commitment to precision, the winery has quickly become one of the most celebrated estates in the Central Coast.
Cultivated in the steep slopes of the Adelaida District in Paso Robles, where the terroir mirrors the limestone soils of Bordeaux. The wine is aged carefully in French oak barrels to harmonize its intense, sun-drenched California fruit profile.
