Founded in 2011 by Adam Limoges and Justin Taylor, Sloop Brewing Co. named itself after the iconic sloops that once sailed the Hudson River. From their humble beginnings selling beer at local farmers markets, they have grown into a premier Northeast brewery headquartered in East Fishkill, New York.
