The story behind it

The maker

Tenuta Sant'Antonio was founded by the four Castagnedi brothers (Armando, Tiziano, Paolo, and Massimo) who grew up in their father's vineyards in Valpolicella. In 1989, they purchased property on the Monti Garbi hills, dedicating themselves to crafting contemporary Italian wines with respect for local traditions.

How it is made

Crafted by Tenuta Sant'Antonio in the Veneto region, this modern expression of Corvina is fermented entirely in stainless steel rather than oak. This precise process preserves the pure, unadorned fresh-fruit character of the historic Corvina grape.
