The story behind it
Founded in 1995 by Scott and Annie Shull, Raptor Ridge is named after the native birds of prey that soar across the estate vineyards in the Chehalem Mountains. The winery is celebrated for its precise, single-vineyard expressions and pioneering spirit in cultivating diverse cool-climate varietals.
Grown in the volcanic soils of the Willamette Valley, this cool-climate expression is harvested from estate-tended blocks. The winery employs gentle whole-cluster pressing and stainless steel fermentation to lock in maximum aromatic tension.
