Purple Cowboy was founded by Terry Wheatley in memory of her late husband and to honor legendary rodeo cowboys who drank enough red wine to stain their teeth purple. The brand is deeply connected to the cowboy community and proudly supports breast cancer research through Tough Enough to Wear Pink, which Terry co-founded.
The grapes for this expressive Cabernet Sauvignon are sourced from the warmer, drier eastern side of Paso Robles, which naturally produces concentrated and ripe fruit. The wine is carefully crafted at the winery & vineyard using traditional fermentation methods and aging techniques to highlight its bold California character.
