Post Meridiem Spirits was founded in Atlanta, Georgia, by lifelong friends Andrew Garcia and Charles Somerby, who set out to solve the lack of high-quality, full-strength canned cocktails. Launched in 2019, the brand became Georgia's first canned cocktail distillery, focusing on authentic ingredients and proper proportions.
