Post Meridiem was founded in Atlanta in 2017 by long-time friends Charles S. and Andrew T. out of frustration with low-proof, artificial malt-based canned drinks. Their vision was to package full-strength, award-winning bar classics using only real ingredients, spirits, and citrus.
Post Meridiem crafts their cocktails at a dedicated production facility in Georgia, prioritizing authentic ingredients over artificial additives. Unlike most canned drinks, this uses 100% real citrus juice and high-proof spirits to preserve the integrity of the original recipe.
