A rich and romantic Veneto red with dried grape intensity
Crafted using the traditional appassimento method, this red blend from Veneto offers concentrated cherry and blackcurrant flavors with velvety tannins. Balanced acidity leads into a rich finish, making it a highly approachable and expressive Italian red.

Founded in 1925 in Verona, Italy, Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine is a family-owned winery known for exporting Verona's winemaking tradition across the globe. Today, the third generation runs the house with a focus on innovative winemaking and modern expressions of indigenous Italian grapes.
This wine is produced by partially drying the grapes prior to fermentation, a signature Veneto technique that intensifies the flavors and color. The winery uses both modern stainless steel and traditional oak cask aging to achieve its final complexity.
